"We really did our homework when looking for a home." "It was obvious Castle Hills did their homework as well." --the Driscolls, new homeowners. Nadia and Paul Driscoll spent a long time finding the perfect community for their children, Matthew, Amanda and Connor. Four years to be precise, so when they moved into Castle Hills, obviously, they had done their homework. "Our kids became experts at reading floor plans and pulling price sheets out of tubes on for sale signs," Nadia said. "Not to mention eating cookies at model home sites." Then, one day, after reading an article about Castle Hills, and after a few visits--and lots of homework--the Driscolls were on their way to becoming Castle Hills' residents. "It was perfect for us," says Paul. "It was close to where we lived, so we could keep the same doctors and church. Even the same babysitters." The Driscolls appreciated the selection of renowned home builders and the care taken in building homes that had their own distinct character and didn't look like everyone else's. They also liked the location--in putting distance from the 18-hole Jay Morrish-designed course complete with an Arnold Palmer Golf Academy. On weekends, the Driscolls spend time together on Castle Hills' acres of parks. Or they enjoy the sparkling lakes, greenbelts and the famous dragon of the park. And they're looking forward to the new community center, pool, tennis courts and basketball court opening summer 2000. When we left the Driscoll family, they were transforming the children's wagon into a float for an annual neighborhood parade, one of the many popular neighborhood association activities. "We want to have the best float in the parade," says daughter Amanda. "So we really did our homework." We have no doubt that they did. Back to Testimonials |
