Meet George and Martha Lubke and their children George III, Lauren and Logan. The Lubkes live in Castle Hills, and things couldn't be going any better for them.

"We wanted a small town feeling with lots of kids, good schools, a home that wasn't too far from work or from the kids' schools," said Martha.

"And we always liked the idea of living on a golf course," adds George. "Not just any golf course! An 18-hole Jay Morrish-designed course complete with an Arnold Palmer Golf Academy."

Because the Lubkes spend a lot of time together as a family, you'll often find them taking advantage of Castle Hills' 500-acres of planned parks, lakes, golf and greenbelts tailor-made for hiking. And this summer marks the opening of the community center, pool, tennis and basketball courts.

George is involved with the Hebron Community Alliance and is coaching his son's basketball, baseball and soccer teams. Martha has already committed herself to church activities and has become active in the area schools. And as for George III, Lauren and Logan, they're just busy growing up.
