Retta, Frank and Kristin Rossi had a problem. Three years ago, they were moving back to the Dallas area and fell in love with Castle Hills.

The problem? Castle Hills hadn't opened yet.

"We needed a house before homes were being built!" said Retta, "so we waited."

The Rosis decided what they wanted was worth waiting for, so they packed up their belongings, put them into storage and lived in an apartment for several months.

Now, flash forward a few years. You'll find eighth-grader Kristin working on her game at the Arnold Palmer Golf Academy. You'll find Retta involved in the homeowners association events committee. And you'll find Frank out for a stroll and making new friends all the time.

The Rosis will tell you that Castle Hills' 500 acres of parks, lakes, golf and greenbelts and the famous dragon of the park are very popular with their family. And they are looking forward to the new community center, pool, tennis and basketball courts opening this summer.

So, the moral of the story is, truly good things do come to those who wait. They certainly did for the Rosis.
