Designed by Jay Morrish, this beautifully choreographed 7,245-yard championship course features rolling terrain, large lakes and wetland areas of native grasses and wildflowers. Each hole is designed to fully compliment the natural lay of the land, with its streams, lakes and 60-foot elevation changes.

Complete with its own teaching academy, the Golf Club at Castle Hills exceeds the standards set by most daily-fee golf courses in Texas. Enormous grass tees at either end of a 510-yard range, three full-length practice holes -a par-3, par-4 and par-5- make this the most comprehensive practice facility in the state. The Golf Club offers casual dining, meeting and banquet facilities, a full-service pro shop with clothing, clubs and other golf merchandise, as well as gift certificates.

Fun & Games

The Community Center at 2501 Queen Margaret in the heart of Castle Hills provides recreational opportunities galore with tennis and basketball courts, one of two neighborhood swimming pools with YMCA lifeguards in the summer, YMCA summer day camp, a workout room, a room for parties and club meetings, ping pong table and homework area.

Amenity Center

A second community amenity center is located on Sword Bridge and offers a swimming pool and water playground with fountains and water tunnels for kids, plus a second workout room for residents. The pool is guarded by YMCA lifeguards.

Splashin' Around

Castle Hills offers lots of ways to cool off during the summer months with two community pools. One is located at 7501 Queen Margaret in the Community Center. The other is at the Amenity Center on Sword Bridge, around the corner from the golf club, and features a huge pool for adults and children, a kids pool and a fun water playground with fountains and water tunnels for kids.

Castle Hills' residents can hone that unstoppable backhand or ferocious serve at one of four neighborhood tennis courts, located next to the Community Center on Queen Margaret. Castle Hills' tennis leagues also offer opportunities for fun and socializing with neighbors.

Grab a buddy and shoot some hoops on the basketball courts right outside the Castle Hills Community Center.

The Community Center also has tennis courts, a ping pong table, a fitness facility, one of two swimming pools, and an indoor space for club meetings or parties. The recreational choices are yours.

From neighborhood parks to the Lake Avalon greenbelt, there are plenty of reasons for Castle Hills residents to get outside.

From the Dragon Park to the Pirate Park, the hike-in-bike trail to the Echo Pavilion, there are more than 20 parks throughout Castle Hills. So if you want to take a stroll with a friend, keep the kids entertained, or just relax with a good book and watch a family of ducks cross the lake, you can.
